4. Refund Policy

ActuatePort offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products, including mice, keyboards, and headphones. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for non-defective returns. Digital products, software, and personalized items are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. 5. Governing Law
